I mean, draw something on your notepad, anything. I don't care. Just doodle, scamper. A crayon, a pen or a pencil. Charcoal. Whatever.
Look at it. What do you evaluate?
I evaluate nothing.
Nothing is what my opinion is on that work of art. Even though I have never seen it, it is nothing. And even if I do know the subject, the basis, the colour scheming, and all other describable physicalities of the drawing you've drawn, it's nothing. And even if I've actually seen it before, it still is nothing.
Why? Because it doesn't affect me, whatever you do. And thus it means nothing to me. And nothing is what I evaluate.
Art evaluation is silly. Everyone has their own interpretations. And that means no answer is wrong. Literature is also an art, and every question you answer that needs your reasoning or interpretation in it: Write anything. Just base yourself off the facts that are required for your answer.
Have a good Friday.
