Phase 2: 6AM - 10AM
I woke up assuming it was Saturday. This method has gone nuts, because it's ineffective during the 2AM to 6AM phases and it's time warping. I never really have a proper day, so it's harder and harder to notice a change. I'm awake in the morning, awake in the night. It's... It's weird.

Energy Levels: Dizzy. Too much sleep? This is weird. The more I sleep the worse I feel.
