CD Review: Modern Guilt by Beck

Beck does it half Sea Change, half something that's really boiled out and baked hard. Pouncing bass lines, occasionally spastic drums, and a little bit of guitar. Just a little bit. Gets more in the end, though.

What's Beck's motive here? Not too sure. What's he trying to sound like? Probably some 50's band with a darker, more devilish tone to it. That's cool, if anyone bothers but me
